Qwizzle handles the selection and interaction with attorneys to be used in the entitlement and sale process of the property and the creation of Metro District(s).
Qwizzle handles the solicitation of builders and provides all marketing material, and creates all presentations, for the purpose of securing an acceptable purchase contract of your property.
Qwizzle negotiates all easements that may be required to secure entitlement and the sale of the project. Qwizzle reviews all work products generated our selected engineers and is responsible for the timely production of that work and that it remains on budget.
Environmental Impact Study – Qwizzle handles the hiring, if needed, of a service provider for the purpose of generating the necessary environmental impact studies for the project.
Qwizzle coordinates with all necessary service providers to verify that they are prepared and ready to testify at all required hearings to ensure final approval and entitlement of the project and the adoption of the Metro District(s).
Qwizzle also provides the necessary supporting documentation and oversees the work of Metro District counsel to insure timely presentation before the city for Metro District approval.
Qwizzle handles all negotiations as your representative that includes, but may not be limited to, service providers, attorneys, builders, and the controlling jurisdiction during the entitlement, sale, and creation of Metro District(s) during entitlement and sales process of your project.
Qwizzle is responsible for selecting the title company. Qwizzle reviews all title work and will deal with any title issues that may delay the transfer of title to a new purchaser.
Qwizzle will have a complete understanding of water requirements needed by the controlling jurisdiction on your project and how that will impact the sale after entitlement of your project has been completed.
