David P. Tschetter, Broker / CEO: David has over 35 years of experience in real estate sales and property development in Colorado and, with his youngest son, Paul, now joining the firm, David’s vast real estate knowledge is being passed down to the next generation. In his career, David has been consistently in the top 1% of real estate sales in Colorado and has participated in over 2000 residential transactions during his career. David was consistently one of the top producers for such notable companies as Moore and Company, Kentwood, Van Schaack, and Coldwell Banker and received recognition by each company with their top sales awards. He has extensive management experience having managed two of the state’s top brokerage offices for Van Schaack and Coldwell Banker.
David has extensive experience in the hiring, training, and supervision of sales agents and was recognized as having trained the rookie of year numerous times. David has received numerous industry awards including South Metro Denver Realtor Association’s Presidents Distinguish Service award in 2007 for his ongoing service to the industry. David is a recent past President of the Colorado Association of Home Builders and has served as Chairman of South Metro Denver Realtor Association Grievance Committee that oversees ethics complaints filed against realtor members now for over a decade.
Paul Tschetter

Paul is new to the real estate industry, recently obtaining his real estate license, but has 20 years of exposure to the real estate industry, learning from his father, David, who has been in the business for 35 years. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Paul was a legal assistant at Tschetter, Hamrick, and Sulzer PC, Colorado’s leading housing law firm. While there, he was the situation manager and new client coordinator for four years. Paul was in charge of all new clients, setting up and conducting initial client conferences and assuring their needs were going to be met by the firm. In this position, Paul assigned clients to specific attorneys and did follow-up to make sure clients’ issues were resolved in a timely manner.
Prior to working at the law firm, Paul attended the University of Northern Colorado where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, while playing varsity tennis for four years. Paul was part of the team that helped the school transition from the Division II level to the Division I level. Paul was also co-captain of the team his junior and senior years.
Paul is a Colorado native. He currently enjoys playing the occasional recreational tennis, skiing, golfing and exploring all the interesting things Denver has to offer.
